A shared privacy policy for apps and games published by ELEVATR LLC.

Prepared October 11, 2026 · Review draft

Review draft — not ready for app-store submission. This shared policy is being finalized for ELEVATR apps and games. The offline-app section applies only to releases verified to work that way. App-specific services and data practices, support retention, and the commitments below must be confirmed before this becomes an active policy.

1. Who we are & scope

ELEVATR LLC is a product and technology company based in Corvallis, Oregon, United States. Contact us about privacy at king@elevatr.llc.

This shared policy is intended for the ELEVATR website, support communications, and apps and games published by ELEVATR LLC that link to this page. Each app’s actual practices determine which sections apply. Apps with accounts, advertising, analytics, cloud storage, AI processing, location services, or other remote features require an app-specific disclosure on this same page before release.

Covered apps and effective date: to be finalized after reviewing the release builds. No app has yet been verified as covered by this draft.

2. Information & how it is used

Offline app use — proposed model

Under this model, ELEVATR does not collect or receive personal information through ordinary app use. The app does not require an account and does not include advertising, third-party analytics, tracking, or an ELEVATR-operated cloud service. Game progress, preferences, and other saved app content remain on your device. ELEVATR cannot access that locally stored content unless you choose to send it to us.

Information you send to support

When you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any name, screenshots, attachments, device information, or app details you include. We use this information to respond, investigate issues, and handle privacy requests. Please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, or unrelated sensitive information.

Website access

Loading a website sends technical request information, including an IP address, requested URL, and browser information, to its hosting infrastructure. Hosting logs and their retention must be confirmed with the deployed service before this policy is finalized. The existing homepage also requests fonts from Google Fonts, which receives network-request information. These two new pages do not load external fonts, use cookies or browser storage, or include analytics scripts.

3. Service providers & sharing

Support messages are processed through the email services used to send, receive, and store correspondence. Website requests are handled by our hosting provider, currently Railway. The final policy will identify any additional app service providers and describe the information they receive.

Proposed commitment: ELEVATR does not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We disclose support information only to providers assisting with support and service operation, as necessary to comply with applicable law, or to protect users and the security of our services. Any additional sharing must be disclosed before release.

Apple and Google independently process information associated with their stores and platform services. See Apple’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy. This does not replace disclosure of any data an app or its SDKs send to those companies.

4. Retention & security

Locally saved app data remains under your device’s control. Clearing app storage or deleting the app can remove local content; device or cloud backups may retain separate copies under your platform settings. ELEVATR cannot restore content it has never received.

Proposed support retention: keep support correspondence only as long as needed to resolve the request, maintain necessary support records, and meet legal obligations, then delete it. ELEVATR must confirm its actual retention schedule, backup practices, and any exceptions before publication.

Proposed security commitment: limit access to support information to those who need it, protect the accounts used to manage it, and use appropriate safeguards. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

5. Your choices & privacy requests

You can choose what information you send us. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you have provided to ELEVATR, email king@elevatr.llc with the app name and a description of your request. Do not include a password. We may need to verify that the information belongs to you before acting on a request.

Under the proposed offline model, there is no ELEVATR app account to delete and we cannot remotely delete on-device saves. Manage those through your device or the app’s available controls. If accounts are introduced, this section and the app must include the actual account-deletion process.

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have additional rights concerning your personal information, including the right to contact a relevant privacy regulator. Use the contact above to ask about your information.

6. Children & family use

The proposed offline model does not request personal information from children during gameplay. Support communications should be sent by an adult. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information can contact king@elevatr.llc to request review and deletion.

The intended audience, age rating, permissions, external links, purchases, and any SDKs must be assessed for each app. This draft does not establish that an app complies with children’s privacy requirements or qualifies for a store’s children’s category.

7. Policy changes & contact

Once finalized, this policy will display its effective date. If data practices change, the policy, relevant in-app disclosures, and store privacy information must be updated to reflect those changes. Where required, users will receive notice and be asked for consent.
